Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

All you need is 4 ingredients and either a blender or food processor to make this instant chocolate pudding. I know you may seem skeptical about the avocado, but trust me avocado is what makes this pudding oh so creamy. Go ahead and give it a shot and let me know what you think :0


Ingredients:

  • 1 mashed avocado

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 melted dairy free dark chocolate

  • 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or sticky sweetener of choice

*if you want a completely refined sugar free version, make sure you buy a chocolate that doesn't have any sugar and add more maple syrup to taste


Method:

  1. Pulse the avocado in your blender or food processor.

  2. Add in the cocoa powder and maple syrup and give another pulse.

  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and pulse for about 20 seconds, push the sides down with a spatula to make sure everything is incorporated, and pulse for another 20 seconds.

  4. Serve immediately. You can eat it plain, top it with fresh fruits/berries (my fav), or you could drizzle it with peanut butter. Enjoy :)
