Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (I use an all natural organic crunchy pb or you can make a homemade version)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 dairy free dark chocolate or use my homemade refined sugar free chocolate sauce
Method:
Melt peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl until it is smooth and runny.
Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Add in the almond flour (you may need more or less depending on your peanut butter).
Roll into balls about 2 tsp in size (if you prefer a different peanut butter to chocolate ratio, by all means make them into the size of your liking). Once all the peanut butter mix is used up, place the balls in the freezer to set up while you melt the chocolate.
Coat in the melted chocolate and place in fridge to harden.
Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy :)
